Ben was kind of trifling.
All he wanted to do was dip snuff
and let somebody make him a living.

put him in one of them company houses at the pumping station.

of the house screaming and hollering and running to
the company doctor's office

Ben had two badly burned ears.
The doctor

Ben said me and my wife ain't

TV this is my off
day and mama just moved the ironing board
in there right back where the
TV
is where she can stand and
iron and where I can see the
TV and I'm on 24
hour call to be down at the pumping station if
you need me and I put the
Telephone right here on the end of the ironing board
while I'm watching the
TV
So if that telephone calls and they need
me I can answer it

He said,
