    anxiety

    prominent 

    problems.

    thought, 

    intention

    plan 
    to 
    harm 
    himself 
    or 
    others.

    appeared 
    sincerely 
    regretful 
    for the 
    overdose 
    and 

    stress

    ated to

    by

    crisis.

    insight

    his symptoms

    diarrhea 
    was 
    related 
    to 
    sertraline. 

    On

    hand,

    is doing 
    well 

    in his 
    mental 
    state 
    and 
    we 
    discussed 

    rationale 
    and 
    profile 
    of 
    sertraline 

    for the 
    indications 
    of 

    PTSD, 
    anxiety 
    and 
    depression. 

    He also 
    told 
    me that 
    around 

    December 
    his 
    compliance 
    was 
    rather 
    poor. 

    He 
    formally 
    agreed 
    that 
    he will 
    improve. 

    We 
    discussed 
    his 
    diagnoses 
    above, 

    as per 
    his records, 

    Mark agreed 
    with 
    them. 

    We 
    discussed 
    psychoeducation 
    around 

    anxiety 
    and 
    crisis 
    management. 

    We discussed 
    his risk 
    contingency 
    plan. 

    Mark 
    told 
    me 
    he is 
    able 
    to 
    seek 
    help, 

    calling 
    his wife

    other 
    people, 

    and 
    he is

    call

    GP 
    and 
    the mental 
    health 

    services 
    in 
    case

    need.

    that currently

    feel

    risk

    a lot 
    of 

    input from

    He finds 
    psychological 
    therapy
