Jesus Christ was with His Father.
With great joy they made the universe,
Their care and power holding
His Father's love filled all of His being.
The Lord of all cre ation
Became the Ser vant of all
Jesus came as a little child
The world he made did not know him
Even on those who gave Him nothing.
Was laid upon His shoulders.
He became all that we were,
so we could become like Him.
He went through so much suffering
To bring a new beginning to man
We tried to kill the very light of the world
Yet He prayed, Father, forgive them
He died bearing all our shame.
The power of death was finally broken.
They will become his children,
finding a love that can never end.
And those who trust him to forgive their sin
They will become his children,
